If you are considering to rent a room in London for a month or more, the solutions described here represent a great opportunity: they are convenient and high quality. Central London is distant 10-15 minutes by tube.

The flats are located in the new Olimpic area of London, near Leyton, at walking distance from the tube stations in zone 3 at walking distance from the Central Line and few minutes from Liverpool street, i.e. the financial district of London known as the "City".

The pictures above are representative of the rooms and houses we rent. The rooms have high quality furniture and are in typical english houses, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and WIFI internet connection. All rooms have beds, wardrobe, desk and chair. Duvets and bed linen can be purchased for about 15 pounds/person at the office. In case your room has not a lock (depending on previous tenants decisions) you can ask to install one for 37 pounds upon arrival. The office is open Monday to Friday (9.00am - 18.00pm). Arrivals on Saturday or out of office hours are possible by paying a 50 pounds fee; the fee for arrivals on Sunday is 70 pounds.

IMPORTANT:

• Upon your arrival, you will be asked to pay in cash 1 week rent, 2 weeks deposit and 25 pounds per person for administrative fees. After the first payment, the rent can be paid week by week.
• Rent payment includes all bills and council tax.
• When you leave, 20 pounds per person will be deducted from your deposit for cleaning and maintanance of your room.

Why book your accomodation with us

Our offers are flexible and have many advantages. In fact, usually estate agencies in London ask for a minimum 6 months rent contract, 1 month (and often 2 months) deposit and at least 1 month notice to leave your room or your flat. By renting these rooms you get much better conditions:

• The deposit is only 2 weeks.
• The notice to leave your room/flat is only 2 weeks.
• Once in London, you can anticipate or posticipate your leave without penalties. Only 2 weeks notice is required.
• Our prices are very competitive. Please consider that, generally, a good accommodation in a London hostel would cost about £25 / day. And, because usually in a hostel you don't have self-catering facilites, staying in a hostel would cost, in total, much more.

How to get to Leyton from the airports

London Stansted and London Luton are the main airports for the low cost flight arrivals.

From Stansted: collect your luggage, go down 2 floors and take the Stansted Express train. The ticket can be purchased on the train. Get down at Liverpool Street, the final station. From Liverpool Streeet take the underground (Central Line, red) towards Epping and get down at Leyton.

From Luton: take the free shuttle to the train station. Purchase the train ticket to Farringdon station. From Farringdon take the underground to Liverpool street (Circle Line or Hammersmith & City). From Liverpool street take the Central Line towards Epping and get down at Leyton.

From Heathrow: take the underground to Holborn station. From Holborn take the Central Line towards Epping and get down at Leyton.

From Gatwick: take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria station. From Victoria take the tube (the Victoria line) to Oxford Circus. From Oxford Circus take the Central Line towards Epping and get down at Leyton.
