Why book your accomodation with us
Our offers are flexible and have many advantages. In fact, usually estate agencies in London ask for
a minimum 6 months rent contract, 1 month (and often 2 months) deposit and at least 1 month notice to leave your room or your flat.
By renting these rooms you get much better conditions:
- The deposit is only 3 weeks.
- The notice to leave your room/flat is only 2 weeks.
- Once in London, you can anticipate or posticipate your leave without penalties. Only a weeks notice is requested.
- Our prices are very competitive. Please consider that, generally, a good accommodation in a London hostel would cost about £25 / day.
And, because usually in a hostel you don't have self-catering facilites, staying in a hostel would cost, in total, much more.
