Why book your accomodation with us

Our offers are flexible and have many advantages. In fact, usually estate agencies in London ask for a minimum 6 months rent contract, 1 month (and often 2 months) deposit and at least 1 month notice to leave your room or your flat. With us you get much better conditions:

  • The deposit is only two weeks.
  • The notice to leave your room/flat is, again, only two weeks.
  • Once in London, you can posticipate your leave as much as you want. After the first rental period (3 or 5 weeks), your contract renews automatically.
  • Our prices are very competitive. Please be aware that, generally, a good accommodation in a London hostel would cost about £25 per day. And, because usually in a hostel you don't have self-catering facilites, staying in a hostel would cost, in total, much more.
